A Whole New Outlook

We have finally settled in to our new home in Colorado Springs. There are mountains all around and the post is really cute. Most of the buildings on post are red brick with green roofs and windows as a focal point. When I get I chance I will post some. As for our new apartment…it’s great. We like it more than our apartment in Killeen, it is just more…us. The fireplace is gorgeous and we have an actual mantle. The apartment complex we live has this program where people moving in can choose one wall to paint a different color than the rest for free. The second one is 50 dollars. We chose to just do the one wall and we painted it light green. It makes it feel more like home. Colorado Springs is a very big city and there are lots of things to do. The other day we went to “The Garden Of The Gods” It was extremely beautiful. We are looking forward to doing many more things in our new town.
